As a Shopper Marketer, know your shopper group, develop a solid understanding of 3M brands and campaigns, lead the creation, execution, and measurement of a Shopper Marketing Plan for a specific Account/Channel. Build relationships with key Marketing personnel and be collaborative with Sales Reps and Category Development Managers, evaluating the financial viability of marketing tactics and managing budget.

Serve as a key member of our team and an important asset to our continued growth. Help set the Vitamin category strategy for the future by producing key selling materials. Conduct high quality analysis, and synthesize multiple data-sources to derive clear recommendations for category and brand growth. This role requires experience, independence, and the ability to actively identify opportunities through analytics + insights.
